The villa was designed in order to combine classy and minimal décor with functionality, allowing you and your company to enjoy all the activities associated with a memorable summer holiday.
The masterpiece of this villa is the outdoor area. The spacious garden boasts beautifully kempt trees and plants, representative of Greek nature, featuring a BBQ area with a BBQ for grilling meat. Villa Dione gives its guests the opportunity to enjoy preparing delicious meals and enjoying them in the outdoor seating area.
To better suit your personal needs please note that Villa Dione can be rented out as a whole unit or separately as two autonomous apartments. This is ideal for families, couples or friends travelling together as they can switch from privacy to connection whenever they want.

Located conveniently, near Karavados village, and only 1.4km from the beach of Agios Thomas, the luxurious villa is built in a lovely estate with a lush garden, and designed to the highest standards of elegance and minimalism.
Designed with taste, the ground floor apartment is 58,5m², and has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious dining and living room with wide doors that lead out onto a private balcony with a beautiful view. Equipped with all possible amenities to cover your needs, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
All rooms offer an exceptional combination of classy decoration and functionality in perfect harmony. The warm colours, the modern touches complete a picture of pure relaxation, tranquility and pleasure. All rooms are luminous, designed to offer a restful stay, a home away from home.

Dione is located southwest of Kefalonia, approximately 10km south of the capital, Argostoli. Karavados village itself is built in a beautiful location about 500m inland and in the greater area one will find numerous stunning beaches. The village of Karavados is a 10’ drive from the airport and has a few local tavernas and a mini market (500m walking distance). The 1km long beach of Lourdas with the ever changing turquoise blue clear water and its fine silver sand is only a 5 minute drive away. Part of the beach is organized with sunbeds and umbrellas available for hire. There are some beachside tavernas too for you to enjoy your Greek "mezedakia" and ouzo after your swim. The nearby village of Lourdata has good restaurants, car/bike rental offices and a couple of cozy bars where you can have your drinks under the moonlight.
