Booking Terms

1. All prices quoted are for the total number of occupants (adults, children and infants).

2. Pets by strict prior arrangement, agreement and written consent from our company.

3. Cleaning services including linen change is provided twice a week and are included in the rental price. Additional visits can be arranged on request and by agreement.

4. 7 days is the minimum contractual agreement irrespective of the duration of the occupancy.

5. The VAT rate per night of stay is currently set at 13% and it is included in the rental price. This will be clearly shown in the final booking form and payment invoice.

6. The official time of entry into the accommodation is 14:00 local time. Until this time, the cleaners will be in the villa, preparing it for your arrival. You should vacate the villa before 11:00 local time.

7. Guests staying after 14:30 pm will be charged half day rental, while guests staying after 17:00 pm will be charged a full day.

8. All payment must be made in the local currency (EURO). All amounts should be received NET of any taxes, bank charges or bank transfer expenses.

9. A deposit of 30% of the total rental value is required for the confirmation of a reservation.

10. Guests are required to transfer the deposit within 72 hours from the confirmation of availability of the chosen property.

11. The new balance of 70% of the total rental value must be transferred up to 56 days before arrival.

12. An official invoice/receipt will be made available upon the final payment or forwarded to you after departure.

13. Lease of the property is for the sole purpose of housing the agreed guests for the specific period of time and for no other use unless otherwise arranged through us, such as in the case of hosting third parties for one or more nights, or organizing social events.

14. Special arrangements and changes regarding the rental terms and duration of the lease can be made on request depending on the nature and availability of the property. The keys of the property are to be delivered at our offices or at the location of arrival of the guests.
