The 3 bedrooms as well as the main bathroom are located on the 1st floor. Each has panoramic views of either the sea or the mountains, ethernet sockets, wifi , aircondition in each bedroom and smoke detectors for maximum security. Both bedrooms have HDTV.
The villa has a private pool, lawn garden, but also fresh organic vegetables, hammock, gazebo with large dining area and fully equipped barbecue so that there is always the possibility of relaxation and alternatives to your meals.
The private pool, 6 meters long and 1.5 meters deep, meets all safety rules, has sunbeds, umbrella, towels and a modern solar shower.
At 300 meters is the beautiful sandy beach, ideal for children because it is shallow and warm and allows you to swim either in an organized beach bar or freely. At 800 meters is the city of Nea Moudania that can serve all needs.
